Process Overview
Centrifugal casting is the only process that uses physics itself as a quality control mechanism. As the mold spins at 300–3,000 RPM, centrifugal forces up to 100G push molten metal outward against the die wall while driving gas bubbles, slag inclusions, and low-density impurities toward the inner bore — where they can be machined away. What remains is a dense, clean outer structure with mechanical properties that exceed static castings by 15–25%. This makes centrifugal casting the definitive process for pipes, cylinder liners, bearing rings, and pressure vessels where radial strength and density are non-negotiable.
