That is why every aerospace drawing submitted to PrimeCast Global is reviewed by our lead casting engineer, who spent 30 years in aerospace manufacturing and has personally reviewed tooling for J-11 fighter aircraft components. He evaluates wall thickness, gate placement, solidification sequence, and material selection before a single gram of metal is poured. Our investment casting capability covers titanium Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel 718, cobalt-chrome, and 17-4PH stainless — the materials that define aerospace manufacturing. We provide full material heat number traceability, third-party NDT (X-ray, FPI, MPI), and first article inspection reports as standard. If your drawing has a DFM issue that will cause porosity or dimensional drift, we will find it before it costs you time and money.
